It's where Japanese food culture meets hip hop, with a side order of cuteness. The logo is based on the cross section of a sushi roll and the shape of old school vinyl records, formed with fluid music-like linework. The brand assets comprise of three characters, which sees three core ingredients - all 'rapped' up. Avo 3000, a beat box, headphone wearing dancing avocado. Snoop Salmon, donning a thick gold chain and hi-top kicks. And Fifty Shrimp, flat-cap-clad and pimpin' with attitude all-day-long. The brand's design targets the youthful, on-trend and food-centric audience in the centre.
